Cognitiv, Inc., Appoints Retail Media Veteran Craig Ellins as CEO, Completes PCAOB Audits

LAKE MARY, Fla., Oct. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Cognitiv, Inc. ("Cognitiv" /OTCBB: COGV), a behavior driven marketing firm, has appointed entrepreneur Craig Ellins to the company's top post. The company also has announced the completion of PCAOB audits for 2010, 2011, and 2012.

For over three decades, Ellins has honed his ability to spot emerging consumer trends, launch successful startups, and refocus companies to make them successful.

Ellins is a pioneer in shop-at-home and on-demand video industries. In 1989, he launched the Shop Television Network, the first 24-hour live television shopping channel, which allowed consumers to buy J.C. Penney products from the comfort of their homes. In 1995, he launched HelloNetwork to deliver on-demand video to the home. Ellins is currently moving to enhance the existing team of marketing professionals at Cognitiv.
