The exceptional sales volume earned the team the number one spot among Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate teams and individuals in the company's west central Florida region.

- Pinellas county: 2707 Pass A Grille Way sold for $5.395 million, second to 802 Druid Road S which sold for $11.18 million.
