Nathan P. Romano

Nathan Romano is the Founder and Co-CEO of Collaborative Capital Advisors. He brings a proven track record of leadership in the alternative asset management and banking sectors. Most recently, he served as President of Atalaya Capital Management. Previously, Romano served as President and Chief Operating Officer of York Capital Management. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and Bear Stearns, helping to drive the evolution of the integrated banking model as the head of One Bank at Credit Suisse and the development of the One Goldman Sachs effort. He earned an MBA with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and was a walk on for the tennis team at the University of Southern California, where he majored in finance and entrepreneurship.

Jonathan M. Bergman, CFP®

Jonathan Bergman is the Founder and Co-CEO of Collaborative Capital Advisors. He has nearly 30 years of experience advising ultra-high-net-worth families. Previously, he served as President of TAG Associates, a multi-family office, and as Chief Investment Officer of Palisades Hudson Asset Management. Bergman is a member of the Advisory Board of MissionOG, a growth equity firm specializing in the financial services sector, and the Ultra High Net Worth Institute, a nonprofit think tank empowering advisors serving wealthy individuals and families. He earned his BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Charles P. Friedberg, CFA

Charles Friedberg is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Collaborative Capital Advisors.  Previously, Friedberg was Co-Founder and COO of Mobilize Capital Partners, a private markets impact investment firm, Co-Founder, President and COO of Argentem Creek Partners, an emerging markets corporate distressed debt and special situations firm, and Managing Director at Angelo Gordon Advisors, the wealth division of Angelo Gordon and Co.
