Collegium Enters Association Management Sector, Acquires LoBue and Majdalany, Inc.

NEW YORK and SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Collegium Holdings, Inc. an international holding company serving the non-profit services sector, announced today that it has acquired LoBue and Majdalany Association Management (L&M).   Headquartered in San Francisco and serving clients throughout the U.S. and abroad, L&M is a leading provider of comprehensive management services to trade and professional associations.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
