Statewide Online Public School Accepting Students in Grades K-12
WESTMINSTER, Colo., March 23, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Colorado Preparatory Academy (CPA), a tuition-free, online public school serving students in grades K-12, is welcoming families to enroll for the 2016-2017 school year. Open to all students who reside in Colorado, CPA offers online instruction, hands-on curriculum and the support of state-licensed teachers to cultivate an individualized education for each student.

CPA is authorized by the Colorado Digital Board of Cooperative Education Services (CD BOCES) through an innovative collaboration between Falcon School District 49 and Yuma School District. The online curriculum is rigorous and engaging, including courses in language arts/English, math, science, history, world languages, art and music, as well as over 150 elective and Advanced Placement® courses for high school students. Colorado Preparatory Academy also gives students the opportunity to earn college credit while still in high school.
Courses are delivered online with the support of a state-certified teacher and students receive a diploma at graduation. In 2015, CPA graduates headed to colleges such as Colorado University, Colorado Mesa University, School of Mines Rapid City and Regis University.
