The 550-acre property, listed for sale by Christy Belton of Ranch & Resort Realty, is located near Steamboat Springs, Colorado, a ski town known for its unique blend of Olympic athletes and working cowboys.   

The Home Ranch was built by Steve and Ann Stranahan in 1980.  Stranahan, whose father founded the Champion Spark Plug Company over 100 years ago, was drawn to the agricultural traditions and scenery of northwest Colorado.
