- Video chat with a stylist and receive personalized outfit recommendations
- Automatically remind groomsmen about next steps via email to streamline communication
Combatant Gentlemen began offering wedding-specific products and promotions in February 2014 in response to overwhelming demand from customers who did not want to rent a tux or spend thousands of dollars on their groomsmen's outfits. Now weddings are one of the fastest-growing sectors of Combatant Gentlemen's business, having grown over 500% from 2014 to 2015. Prior to the launch of The Groom's Suite, all wedding orders were handled over the phone.
