Command Financial to Expand National Sales Force

NEW YORK, Sept. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Command Financial, a leader in document lifecycle management solutions for public corporations and investment companies, today announced plans to increase its sales force by 25 to 30 percent over the next several months. The expansion was prompted by Command's continued growth, as well as emerging opportunities in the sector.

The number of companies that provide these services is expected to shrink in the near future due to industry consolidation, including the pending merger of RR Donnelley and Bowne & Co, Inc., two of the largest financial printers, leaving corporations, law firms, and investment companies with fewer choices. "Many companies prefer or require using more than one financial printer to provide supplier diversification," said Penders. "This should result in a growth rate for Command above and beyond what we have enjoyed in the past."

Command is considering augmenting the sales team not only in the New York Metropolitan region, but also in the West, Midwest, and Southeast.
