UPPER SANDUSKY, Ohio, August 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- On August 14, 2014, the Board of Directors of Commercial Bancshares, Inc. declared a third quarter dividend of $0.19 per share payable on September 30, 2014 to shareholders of record as of September 15, 2014. This dividend rate represents an increase of 15.15% from the Company's second quarter dividend. President Bob Beach stated, "We are pleased to be able to provide this additional value for our shareholders."
