Commercial Metals Company Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

IRVING, Texas, Sept. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of twelve cents per share on common stock to stockholders of record on October 1, 2010.  The dividend will be paid on October 15, 2010.  

This is the 184th consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by Commercial Metals Company.
