Commercial Metals Company Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

IRVING, Texas, June 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of twelve cents per share on common stock to stockholders of record on July 1, 2011.  The dividend will be paid on July 15, 2011.

This is the 187th consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by Commercial Metals Company.
