FRANKLIN, Tenn., Feb. 7, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated (NYSE: CHCT) today announced that its Board of Directors has increased its common stock cash dividend for the quarter ended December 31, 2018. This dividend, in the amount of $0.4075 per share, is payable on March 1, 2019 to shareholders of record on February 22 , 2019. This dividend rate equates to an annualized dividend of $1.63 per share. Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated has increased its dividend every quarter since its Initial Public Offering.
