
Community Southern Bank Names Three New Directors
LAKELAND, Fla., Nov. 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Community Southern Bank, headquartered in Lakeland, FL, has elected three new members to its Board of Directors, it was announced today by Michael Micallef, CEO and President.

James L. (Lee) Farnsworth is a principal in the accounting firm of Farnsworth & Mullins. He is licensed to practice in both Florida and Georgia, and is certified by NACVA as a Business Valuation Analyst. He has extensive experience in tax planning and preparation, financial statement preparation specializing in construction, and professional and service industries. Mr. Farnsworth is a graduate of the University of South Florida and a Marine Corps Veteran.
Anne Furr served as Executive Director of the Lakeland Downtown Development Authority and also as a Lakeland city commissioner. She has been chair of local entities including Lakeland Regional Medical Center and Central Florida Regional Planning Council. Currently Ms. Furr serves as an advisory board member of the Good Shepherd Hospice and is PR and Marketing Chair for the Leadership Lakeland Alumni Board. She received BA and M.ED degrees from the University of Florida.
Kerry M. Wilson is President and Secretary of Six/Ten, LLC, an urban real estate development firm and private equity company, headquartered in Winter Haven, Florida. Mr. Wilson graduated from Duke University and Washington & Lee University Law School. Previously he was with the Polk County law firm of Peterson & Myers and also served as general counsel for the Polk County Housing Finance Authority, the Polk County Industrial Development Authority and the Lake Region Lakes Management District. He has served as President and Director of the Citrus Center Boys & Girls Clubs as well as Speak Up for Children in the Tenth Judicial Circuit. He currently serves on the boards of the Polk Museum of Art and the United Way of Central Florida.
