ComplexCare Solutions Announces Additions To Leadership Team

NEW YORK, Feb. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- ComplexCare Solutions, Inc. ("ComplexCare" or "the company"), a leading healthcare payer services company that specializes in providing industry-leading care management and risk assessment services for complex care needs populations, today announced additions to its senior management team and Board to enhance its capabilities to pursue multiple growth initiatives.

ComplexCare has appointed Jeff D. Emerson as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and Director on the company's Board.  Mr. Emerson has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare management, operations and information technology, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Health Care Management at Aetna, where his responsibilities included oversight of patient care support and management; national provider contracting; and medical economics and analytics.  Additionally, he managed Aetna's Pharmacy, Behavioral Health and Regional field operations and was a member of Aetna's Executive Committee.  Mr. Emerson also has held executive management and senior technology roles at organizations including CIGNA, Digital Insurance Inc. (which he co-founded), Magellan Health Services and ValueOptions, Inc.
