Both Glemann and Salcido are industry leaders, each with 20 years of experience at prominent financial services firms.

Glemann will lead Composition Wealth's legal and compliance functions, partnering with executive leadership on governance, risk management and strategic growth. Salcido will be responsible for working closely with advisors to enable organic growth, while offering coaching and delivering practice management support.

Experience across the wealth management ecosystem

Glemann brings two decades of experience advising SEC-registered investment advisers, private fund managers and global investment platforms. She joins Composition Wealth from Cercano Management, a SEC-registered investment adviser, where she served as General Counsel and Partner.

Previously a Director of Legal & Compliance at BlackRock, Glemann supported the firm's global alternatives platform across hedge fund, private equity, direct, and co-investment strategies. Earlier in her career, she practiced at Stoel Rives LLP in Seattle and Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP.

Salcido has more than 20 years of experience in sales, operations, and leadership within financial services. Before joining Composition Wealth, he spent nearly ten years at Edelman Financial Engines, most recently as Regional Director of Wealth Planning, where he led the southeast division of advisors.

Earlier in his career at Edelman, as Director of Sales, Salcido helped lead the organization through two major mergers and integrations, scaling the sales team to support the firm's continued growth. He began his career at Vanguard, spending more than a decade in progressively senior sales, trading, and operations leadership roles.
