CHARLOTTE, N.C., Jan. 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- February 2014 marks the ninth consecutive year the City of Charlotte and Time Warner Cable Arena will host the men's and women's college basketball teams of the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA).
