Traffic to the site is up more than 77 percent based on comScore data from January to May of 2017, looking at all U.S. career sites with over 1 million unique visitors. Despite claims from Glassdoor, which called itself the fastest growing site based on a custom competitive set, Ladders growth is nearly triple its closest competitor and far above all other sites, whose traffic was in single digit growth percentages or on the decline.
