The sale was conducted in cooperation with Marcie Hartley and Aaron Kirman of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate. The buyer was from Chicago and was represented by Danelle Lavin, also of Hilton & Hyland.

Concierge Auctions' four-week global marketing campaign generated 7,134 website visitors from all US states (led by California, New York, Florida and Texas) and 97 international countries (led by Canada, the UK, Australia and Singapore). 761 buyer prospects inquired with interest, and 12 bidders participated in the sale.
