Concordis Group, Inc. CNGI:OTC board of directors is pleased to announce a strategic plan for its subsidiary; GC Blackstone (www.gcblk.com) its' Dallas based commercial and residential building and development company.

CNGI is developing a "Micro Apartments" mid rise building with 60 units of modular condos/apartments designed for the urban millennial, addressing the need for affordable housing in high cost markets.

Micro apartment homeowners and tenants trade off a small but upscale living space for affordability and the convenience of living close to work, entertainment and public transportation.

Blackstone Micro Tower is currently in design stage with an award winning architectural team that have successfully designed and build modular apartment buildings in New York. Blackstone Micro Towers will become the first brand name in the modular apartment buildings industry.

The Blackstone Micro Towers design is upscale and unique, with high ceilings, glass walls, high tech convertible interiors and balconies, but built in a modular fashion, off site and stacked onsite. The building is being designed to be built by any of the hundreds of modular home factories nationwide to our specs, allowing CNGI to build a branded cookie cutter, delivering style and convenience to the affordable housing market.
