Concurrent Declares Special Dividend

ATLANTA, Dec. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Concurrent (NASDAQ: CCUR), a global leader in video and media data solutions, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $0.50 per share of common stock.  The special dividend is payable on December 31, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 21, 2012.  The total amount of the special dividend payment will be approximately $4.6 million based on the current shares of common stock outstanding.
