Conexon Connect completes its largest fiber-to-the-home network to date, spanning 3,500 miles and reaching over 67,000 rural Georgians

Partnership with Central Georgia EMC helped launch Connect ISP business four years ago with inaugural Georgia broadband projects

KANSAS CITY, Mo., July 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Conexon Connect, the internet service provider (ISP) formed by rural fiber broadband leader Conexon, is celebrating its latest business milestone: the completion of its largest fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) project to date, in partnership with Jackson, Georgia-based Central Georgia EMC.

The 3,500-mile all-fiber network, Connect's 11^th completed project, now delivers multi-gigabit-speed broadband service to 100 percent of the EMC's member base across 14 counties. Completed in May, the Connect, powered by Central Georgia EMC, network enables access to essential online services, including telemedicine, remote education and modern work opportunities, for the tens of thousands of rural Georgia homes and businesses previously lacking reliable connectivity.
