Conjectur Announces Corporate Name Change to Signal Zero to Reflect Commitment to First Party Game Development
SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Conjectur (www.conjectur.com), a mobile app and game development company – announced today that it is changing its corporate name to Signal Zero (signalzero.com). The name change reflects the company's broader mobile game commitments and its expertise in driving innovations needed to shape the future of game development, starting with first party games launching early 2016.
"The new name – Signal Zero – allows us to emphasize our deep focus on game development for multiple platforms, starting with iOS," said Tobias Batton, founder and CEO of Signal Zero. "As a company with its roots in helping other developers publish and distribute their games to wide audiences, we are excited to do so for our own first party games."
The company's focus on leveraging data will not change. Signal Zero will remain a partner of the Mobile Innovation Group, comprised of Stanford's school of economics, MIT's Sloan School of Management and data scientists across the mobile space.
"Our first titles will be mobile, but our vision extends to cross-platform games and distribution platforms," said Batton. "To that end, we will continue to provide advertisers and app developers with the tools they need to better navigate a data-driven game ecosystem, while we also forge ahead with our own slate of games."
The new name is effective immediately, and will be implemented across the company's games and apps throughout the calendar year 2016.
