The ConnectWise user groups, which started in 2008 and bring more than 1,000 partners together quarterly to collaborate, provides hands-on training for the ConnectWise operating system and partner-led discussions that provide a distinct advantage in the competitive marketplace.

Thousands of partners have attended the events, hosted by ConnectWise gurus who present updates on the company's business automation software and provide hands-on training sessions.  The remainder of the full-day meeting is user-driven with partners deciding on the agenda and leading best practice discussions.  Other optional consulting is also available to ConnectWise partners in the days before the user group meetings. Half day workshops and one-on-one consulting help partners hone their ConnectWise wisdom, in person, at these regional locations.
