Panelists Consider Facilities of the Future
NEW YORK, Nov. 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Hundreds of industry professionals packed the room for the seventh year running at a leading healthcare construction conference in New York City, where this year, Michael Zetlin, founding partner of Zetlin & De Chiara, presided over a panel looking at strategies for hospital growth.
The 2016 Pulse Healthcare Conference focused on facilities of the future, exploring current trends and issues in healthcare construction and design, and best practices for contractors, subcontractors, design and engineering firms working in this sector.

The presenters shared their experiences working on a major healthcare facility in the area, from overall design to the work of keeping facilities functioning.
Other panels considered the future of hospitals, how the interplay between patient satisfaction and space efficiency dictates today's healthcare projects, and the tools and techniques being implemented to minimize potential disruption to operations.
The conference was presented by Commercial Observer on November 10th at the CUNY Graduate Center in New York.
