Leveraging NetApp and Backup Assist technology, ControlCircle's managed data vault provides secure backup of customer data. Data is compressed and securely AES-256 bit encrypted for SSL transmission to the cloud where it is fully-monitored and managed on a NetApp high-performance fibre disk solution. Customer data is mirrored securely across multiple sites. The cloud-service is accessed through a customised backup application to manage backup configurations, automate backup scheduling, incremental backup, data recovery and restore commands. Data can be stored, distributed and retrieved as needed. In addition, the managed data vault is co-supervised by ControlCircle's 24x7 Network Operations Team.
