Cooper-Standard Automotive Announces Expiration of Exchange Offer for Its 8-1/2 Percent Senior Notes Due 2018

NOVI, Mich., Feb. 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Cooper-Standard Automotive Inc. today announced the expiration of its offer to exchange up to $450 million of its outstanding 8-1/2 percent Senior Notes due 2018 for up to $450 million of its new 8-1/2 percent Senior Notes due 2018 that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

The exchange offer expired at 12:00 midnight, New York City time on February 4, 2011.  As of that time, all $450 million in principal amount of the 8-1/2 percent Senior Notes due 2018 had been tendered in the exchange offer.  Cooper-Standard Automotive Inc. will issue certificates for the registered 8-1/2 percent Senior Notes due 2018 as soon as practicable.
