Copeland Capital Management Hires General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer
CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., May 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Copeland Capital Management is pleased to announce that Ms. Sofia A. Rosala has joined the firm as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. Rosala comes to Copeland from Aberdeen Asset Management, where she served as U.S. Counsel and Deputy Head of Compliance. Earlier in her career Sofia was a Senior Associate for Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and prior to that she was Vice President and Corporate Counsel at SEI Investments. Sofia holds a JD from Temple University School of Law and a BA in International Relations and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
