Corey Hulbert to Drive Growth for ATPR's SmartProp
Named Head of Sales for Next-Generation Property Search Product.

SmartProp is a next generation search product delivering a range of property reports including current owner, two owner, property conveyance, open mortgages, judgments and liens, tax information, tax status and legal description.
As Head of Sales for SmartProp in the U.S., Hulbert will be charged with growing the footprint of the product with title agents, underwriters, mortgage lenders and servicers, attorneys and asset management firms.

He has also held a Senior Vice President role with LandAmerica Financial Group, LSI, Lender Processing Services, Lender's First Choice and Timios National Corporation during his career.
