Typical energy cost reductions in similar properties in the ETS Fast Trak program exceed 25 percent.  The program is based on ETS' pioneering holistic approach to asset energy conservation that includes effectively measuring a property's energy consumption through real time data, delivering wide-ranging solutions to improve the overall energy efficiencies of the building systems, and providing continuous concierge services with on-site training for the building staff to ensure effective, long-term energy management and savings.
