Reminiscent of a fine Spanish estate or resort, the new master planned community, Estancia Del Sol will consist of 91 assisted living and 21 memory care apartments in an atmosphere that radiates comfortable yet elegant surroundings. Estancia Del Sol's timeline for development is approximately 15 months.  With ground breaking planned in November 2013, construction is slated to be complete early 2015.
