Corporate Suites will occupy 25,000 square feet on 20th floor at 2 Park Avenue offering 74 furnished offices and co-working space with reception, multiple conference rooms, lounges and cafe.
NEW YORK, Dec. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Corporate Suites is opening its eighth location in Manhattan – a 25,000 square foot occupancy on the 20th floor at 2 Park Avenue at 32nd Street. It's the first space for Corporate Suites in Midtown South and has convenient access to the 6 subway line and is a short walk to additional subway stations and PATH at Herald Square, Penn Station and Grand Central Station
The new business center at 2 Park Avenue at 32nd Street will feature 74 furnished offices with panoramic views of Midtown, and will cater to entrepreneurs, small businesses and large multinationals. The offices will come fully furnished with the latest technology including high speed internet, as well as support services from IT, reception and community managers.
The business center at 2 Park Avenue will also feature a large windowed reception area, three large lounges with televisions, multiple phone booths for private calls, a windowed co-working space for up to 40 people, a serviced cafe as well as multiple conference rooms for up to 70 people. There will also be a recreational area with activities such as table tennis.
Corporate Suites will open at 2 Park Avenue on the 20th floor early next year and plans to service the New York entrepreneurial community with an inspiring place to work by hosting frequent community events, happy hours and client workshops.
