Corven Group Makes Senior Appointments to its Financial Advisory Practice

Corven Consulting, the leading strategic change advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Nicholas Beatty and John Hardy have joined the firm as Directors in its Financial Advisory team in London. Jeremy Roberts has also joined the practice as a Principal.

Nicholas Beatty has 25 years of experience as a corporate financier and investor. Nicholas was formerly Managing Director and head of BNP Paribas Corporate Finance in London where he advised a range of public and private corporate and financial sponsor clients across a broad variety of sectors, with a particular emphasis on energy, industrials, aerospace and defence. Before BNP Paribas, Nicholas worked at Hambros Bank where he latterly headed up the New York office.

John Hardy was previously a Partner at boutique corporate finance and principal investment firm Lansdowne Capital. Prior to this, he was a Partner with Deloitte Corporate Finance where he was global head of the Industrials sector team and originated Deloitte's largest ever single M&A mandate. John was previously a Senior Managing Director at UBS investment bank where he lead the Print, Paper and Packaging team globally together with the public to private practice. John originally began his banking career at Hambros, where he spent part of his time advising the Polish Government on its privatisation of the forestry sector.

Jeremy Roberts has more than 15 years investment banking and principal investment experience.  He joins from Lansdowne Capital where he was a Director specialising in the industrials sector. Prior to Lansdowne Capital, Jeremy was a Vice President with CSFB focusing on the aviation, transport and logistics sector. He started his investment banking career with ABN AMRO Corporate Finance.
