HENDERSON, Nev., Jan. 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Nexsey LLC, a family-owned cosmetics company, gained international attention over its new product, Nexsey. Nexsey, a medical grade tape used to discreetly tighten neck wrinkles, has been the latest launch after the success of its sister company's natural lip enhancing product, Fullips. Both products are marketed as temporary, inexpensive alternatives to plastic surgery.
The new product originally designed to battle neck-wrinkles went viral early Friday thanks to the help of online beauty bloggers. After a video showcasing the product's ability to fix the commonly dreaded "double chin" was posted to the "Learn Makeup" Facebook page, it quickly went viral, racking up over 4.3 million views and 27,000 comments. Needless to say, the attention has spurred a rush on the product.
"We have been through this before, but it's always a surprise. We awoke to more orders in the last 24 hours than we have filled in the last several weeks. We are scrambling to meet demand, but that's always a good feeling," said Linda Gomez, CEO of Nexsey and Fullips.
Linda Gomez is no stranger to a sudden and broad spotlight being cast upon her companies. In late 2014, her first company Fullips, LLC also went viral for its patented lip plumper, Fullips.
"I try to create products that are simple to use and affordable for everyone. I originally designed Nexsey to be used as a temporary fix for neck-wrinkles, but I am now seeing it being used for everything from double-chins to face wrinkles as well."
