Council on Education in Management to Present 2010 California Workers' Comp Forum
NEW YORK, Oct. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Council on Education in Management will hold the California Workers' Comp Forum designed to equip workers' comp stakeholders with cost containment solutions and critical case law and legislative updates.
The conference will be held on October 13-15 at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa. It will feature leading experts on California workers' compensation issues including:
- Proven solutions to workers' compensation cost-containment and safety challenges in California
- The latest from the DWC and the Department of Industrial Relations on new regulations and current initiatives to improve the workers' comp system
- Updates from the California Workers' Comp Appeals Board including what the latest cases mean for employers.

Webb, Vice President Governmental Relations, Employers Direct Insurance Company; Sean McNally, Esq., Vice President, Human Resources and Legal Counsel, Grimmway Farms, Member, Commission on Health and Safety and Workers' Compensation; Martin Brady, Executive Director, Schools Insurance Authority (Joint Powers Authority), and Adam Dombchik, Esq., Partner, Gordon, Edelstein, Krepack, Grant, Felton & Goldstein, President, California Applicants' Attorneys Association (CAAA).
