Council on Education in Management to Present 2010 Texas Workers' Comp Forum

NEW YORK, Sept. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Council on Education in Management will hold its 7th Annual Texas Workers' Comp Forum designed to equip workers' comp stakeholders with cost containment solutions and critical case law and legislative updates.

The conference will be held on September 16-17 at the Westin Austin at the Domain in Austin.  It will feature more than 35 experts on Texas workers' compensation issues including:

  • Proven solutions to workers' comp claims management and quality of care challenges in Texas
  • Critical strategies to protect their organizations from costly, bad-faith litigation
  • Innovative return-to-work programs
  • Weapons to crack down of fraudulent workers' comp claims
