Countywide Mechanical Systems Adds to Leadership Team

SANTEE, Calif., Oct. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Countywide Mechanical Systems announces three new members to its leadership team in San Diego. These new additions help the employee-owned company meet the needs of current clients and business partners. Tom O'Sullivan and Josh Silverstein have been promoted to operations managers, and Henry Codiamat was recently brought on board as estimating manager. Each of these new Countywide team members brings extensive construction experience to the company's ranks.

Tom O'Sullivan, Operations Manager
Tom relocated to San Diego after working all over the country for MW Builders, a general construction company owned by Countywide's parent company MMC Corp. Tom specializes in working with the military on projects such as barracks, training facilities, and office buildings. In addition, Tom has helped deliver LEED-certified projects that meet the military's sustainability goals. In his new role, Tom will oversee project managers, superintendents, and foremen, helping them to build better relationships with Countywide's clients as well as create more streamlined operating procedures.   

Joshua Silverstein, Operations Manager
Having worked in the mechanical construction industry for 16 years and holding a Bachelor's degree in HVAC/R Engineering Technology, Josh's experience includes serving as senior project manager for a plumbing contractor as well as HVAC department manager for a mechanical contractor. Josh has worked with healthcare and private-side clients throughout his career, and he brings vast expertise to Countywide regarding organizational and operational processes.

Henry Codiamat, Estimating Manager
As estimating manager, Henry will serve as Countywide's chief estimator and will be responsible for the development, estimating, and proposing on all project pursuits for the company. For the past nine years, Henry has worked in a senior estimating capacity focused on design-build opportunities with the responsibility for conceptual piping design and budgeting, project development, scope review, and contract negotiations. With nearly 30 years of experience in the plumbing and mechanical industry, Henry's familiarity with commercial codes as well as OSHPD and military standards and specifications provides Countywide partners a valuable resource.
