Couponz, Inc. Engages Apple, Inc. Developer

LAS VEGAS, June 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Neohydro Technologies Corp (OTCQB: NHYT) is pleased to announce Couponz, Inc, creator of the Epoxy mobile application, has engaged Apple, Inc. developer, Bobby Dragulescu. He will oversee the design aspects of the Epoxy app and create a cleaner and efficient user interface. Dragulescu has more than 12 years of diverse creative experience in branding, advertising, print & interactive design and signage. Dragulescu's past client roster includes Hewlett Packard, Fidelity National, GM and Playmates Toys, to name a few.

With the newest addition of Dragulescu to the Epoxy team, his main task is to improve the full user interface and aesthetics of the app. This will help bring the Epoxy app to the next phase-- launching nationwide. Two of the initial business targets in order to help this launch are two Las Vegas restaurant chains, which in turn may lead to their respective franchises. The first target business is a nationwide pizza chain and the second is one of the world's largest coffee chains in the country.

Couponz, Inc, creator of the Epoxy mobile app is currently in a Letter of Intent (LOI) with NeoHydro Technologies Corp.  (OTCQB: NHYT) or (NeoHydro), a development stage company, NeoHydro has already commenced its full due diligence process on Couponz, Inc. and has now initiated the audit process. NeoHydro believes the auditing process to be the final stage required to complete the acquisition of Couponz, Inc.
