Coventry Building Society Launches New Range Including a 2.99% Fixed Rate for 4 Years

Coventry Building Society's new range includes 2 year fixed rates from 2.59% with low arrangement fees and a 5 year Flexx Fixed rate at 3.99% available up to 85% loan to value (LTV). This competitive range also includes a legal and valuation package for remortgages. Available from Friday 30th November, highlights include;
2 Year Fixed Mortgage
- 2.59% 2 Year Fixed Rate until 31.12.14, 65% LTV £199 booking fee with £300 arrangement fee and ERCs of 3% of balance until 31.12.14.
4 Year Fixed Mortgage
- 2.99% 4 Year Fixed Rate until 31.12.16, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee with £800 arrangement fee and ERCs of 3% of the balance to 31.12.16
5 Year Flexx Fixed
- 3.99% 5 Year Flexx Fixed until 31.12.17, 85% LTV, £199 booking fee with £800 arrangement fee and no ERC's.
The new range also includes a choice of highly competitive BTL products including, 2 year fixed rates from 3.29% and 2 year Flexx Fixed from 3.49%. Full details of the new range are attached.
