ATLANTA, Nov. 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Cox Business today announced several enhancements to its Cox Business Online Backup solution for business creating a more intuitive and easy-to-use experience for customers.  Powered by Mozy, and backed by EMC, customers in Cox Business' footprint across the U.S. have access to the world's leading backup and storage technology, with more secure cloud storage space offered than other providers.       

Cox Business Online Backup provides businesses with a safe, secure service that backs up files automatically while allowing users to access and restore files in the office or out.  All new and existing Cox Business Internet customers receive Cox Business Online Backup as part of the service, which includes up to 25GB storage, over 20 times more than traditional telecommunications providers.  In addition, Cox Business Online Backup now offers customers 250GB and 1TB incremental storage options as needed, which benefits customers as they require more secure storage to backup servers or safeguard the entire office.

With new monthly storage consumption reports, Cox Business Online Backup customers can more easily administer the solution through an improved, user friendly interface that's integrated into the Cox Business online customer portal – MyAccount – which allows customers to restore files and order incremental storage in real time. In addition, Mac users can now leverage the power of Cox Business Online Backup.
