Craftmade International Announces Annual Meeting

COPPELL, Texas, Jan. 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Craftmade International, Inc. (OTCQX: CRFT) (the "Company") today announced that the Company's Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2011 at the Sheraton DFW Hotel located at 4440 West John Carpenter Freeway, Irving, Texas.  Attendance at the meeting is limited to stockholders, their proxies and invited guests of the Company.

The following actions are expected to be taken at the annual meeting:

1. Election of five directors to serve until the next annual meeting of stockholders of the Company or until their successors have been duly elected and qualified;
2. Ratification of the selection by the Audit Committee of the Company's independent registered public accounting firm; and
3. Consideration of any other matters properly brought before the meeting.

Only stockholders of record at the close of business on January 10, 2011 or their proxies may vote at the annual meeting.  Please refer to the By-Laws with respect to the specific requirements, including timely notice, for submitting any stockholder proposals or making any stockholder nominations for directors to be properly considered at the annual meeting.
