Firm to Represent Imported Line of Handmade Scarves for Women and Men

HOUSTON, Jan. 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- David Middleton, Co-Founder and CEO of Siam Thai Silk Company, LLC announced today that his company has contracted with Craig Clovis Accessories to represent the Panissara Silk line of designer silk scarves and shawls. Made from 100% Thai silk and hand woven in Thailand, the new Panissara line consists of six collections; five for women: Elegance, Sassy, Metro, Inspirations, Reflections, and the Lui collection for men. Craig Clovis Accessories is a fashion rep firm serving women's boutiques and specialty stores across the nation.

As Middleton explained, "The selection of a firm to represent the company's line of scarves and shawls was an important next step in taking our recently launched brand national. We are thrilled to be aligned with the Craig Clovis organization. We did our research and found that Craig's firm is among the most highly regarded in the nation."

For the past eighteen months the company has worked directly with six 'boutique' designers and weavers in Thailand to design and produce a wide variety of styles. Unique features include hand-sewn ruching, extra long silk fringe, and hand pressed silkscreen prints that are deeply penetrated with vibrant colors.
