Crayhill Capital Management Names Shamafa Khan as Head of Investor Relations as Firm Expands Private Structured Credit Platform
Marketing veteran previously held senior roles at Barings and UBS Securities
NEW YORK, Oct. 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Crayhill Capital Management, an alternative asset management firm focused on private structured credit, announced today the appointment of Shamafa Khan as a Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations and Marketing.
At Crayhill, Ms. Khan will leverage her previous experience in capital raising and client relationships to help serve the firm's investors. Specifically, she will be leading the marketing and sales efforts of Crayhill's private asset-based lending and credit opportunity funds.

Ms. Khan brings over 13 years of alternative investment expertise to Crayhill. She most recently worked as a Director in the Global Business Development Group of Barings, LLC (formerly Babson Capital), where she was responsible for capital raising and client relationships for a suite of fixed income strategies. Previously, she served as an Associate Director in UBS's Capital Introduction Group, where she advised hedge fund clients and institutional investors on capital raising and investment efforts. Ms. Khan is a graduate of Columbia University with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research and a minor in Economics.
