Pricepoint is easy to use. After entering a residential address, consumers are presented with similar sold and active listings. They can view photos to compare amenities and use point-and-click analytical tools to find outliers based on price per square foot, lot size to finished area, and beds to baths to find data differences among comparable homes, and exclude the dissimilar ones. They can refine the results to include additional homes, generating even more accurate home values from larger initial sets of data.
