(BNO) is happy and proud to announce two key additions to our creative team—David Urbano (Creative Director) and Jose Aguirre (Senior Art Director), who will be bringing their digital and design expertise to our agency, starting this week.
We're welcoming David and Jose onboard after several years of strong growth as part of our continued mission to increase the depth and diversity of experience and skill sets that we can offer our clients every day.

David and Jose join a thriving creative team that is led by Executive Creative Director George Jackus, the creative force behind many of BNO's award-winning campaigns including J&J's BE VITAL employer brand, and Creative Director Todd Landaker, whose body of work includes national campaigns for Sprite, MasterCard and, most recently, The GreaTS, featuring Tim Howard.
An award-winning digital creative innovator, David brings over 15 years of agency experience with both new and globally established brands, including DuPont, IBM, UPS, Remy Martin, TD Bank, Stoli, and Barclays.
David's diverse industry knowledge in consumer products, corporate communication platform origination, custom application builds, and business consulting services—and significant experience in multicultural marketing—uniquely equip him to help BNO develop innovative solutions to our clients' biggest, most diverse digital challenges, today and in the future.
David graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in English, and has since built on his digital savvy and passion for big thinking at agencies, such as OgilvyOne Worldwide, New York, and through entrepreneurial experience as an owner of his own strategic marketing business.
A multi-disciplinary creative, Jose has developed acclaimed campaigns and out-of-the-box concepts in video, print, and web for some of the world's leading brands, including Panasonic, Famous Footwear, NY Jets, and Pert.
With skills spanning from art direction and design to animation, video production, and brand creation, his ability to produce high-impact visual marketing will be a key in supporting BNO's mission of consistently delivering work that surprises and delights our clients.
Jose graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York City with a BFA in Graphic Design, and has since continued to broaden and enhance his expertise in designing microsites and flash animations, and developing sharable content for social spaces.
