A new office led by industry veterans Paul Swanson and Jim Metz represents the latest stage of Credence Funding's continued growth.
ABERDEEN, Md., March 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Credence Funding Corporation announced today the opening of a new branch office in Timonium, Maryland. The new location is run by Paul Swanson and Jim Metz, also new to the organization, who have 15 and 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
The focus for Swanson, Metz, and their team will be to serve the underserved in realizing their dreams of home ownership. The Timonium branch operation they run is uniquely positioned to work with lower credit score buyers who have been turned away at larger institutions or who have lost faith in their ability to buy a home.
With a full staff of mortgage loan originators, processors and operations, they plan to utilize specific techniques to overcome deficient credit. Their proven process has successfully helped thousands of buyers once considered ineligible for mortgage financing, become home owners.
