In her new role, Kastrounis will lead Crescent's corporate Marketing team and strategy across the company's portfolio of more than 120 hotels, overseeing digital marketing, eCommerce, brand positioning, and commercial marketing initiatives to drive performance for Crescent's owners and hotels.

Since joining Crescent, Kastrounis has played an instrumental role in advancing the company's marketing strategy, bringing innovative thinking, collaborative leadership, and a results-driven approach that has strengthened digital performance across the portfolio.

Prior to Crescent, Kastrounis spent nearly two decades in digital marketing and hospitality eCommerce, holding leadership roles at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Aimbridge Hospitality, and Hilton. At Hilton, she partnered with the company's largest management companies and ownership groups on commercial performance and digital strategy while advising brand-level initiatives. Her experience provides her with a unique, comprehensive understanding of the hospitality landscape and the distinct priorities of brands, owners, and management companies.
