CRGT Appoints New Chief Financial Officer Chuck Cosgrove

RESTON, Va., March 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- CRGT Inc., a leading provider of full life cycle IT services and expert in IT solutions for the Federal Government, today announced the appointment of Chuck Cosgrove as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Mr. Cosgrove will oversee the Finance, Accounting, Contracts, Legal, IT, Program Control and Quality Management departments for the company out of the main office in Reston, Virginia.

Mr. Cosgrove comes to CRGT with 30 years of professional experience in finance, accounting management, pricing and compliance for public and private companies ranging in size from early stage to over $6 billion in annual revenues. His diverse experience includes extensive knowledge in government contracting and operations under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), along with practical experience managing merger and acquisition transactions and achieving operational integration following such acquisitions. Mr. Cosgrove was previously the CFO of Comtech Mobile Datacom Corporation, and has held senior positions with several government-focused services companies, including KBR, Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) and Planning Research Corporation.

Mr. Cosgrove graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting.
