Crime Fighting Wynyard Group Names Jeff C. Frazier Senior VP Americas

ARLINGTON, Va., Sept. 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Jeff C. Frazier, former General Manager and Partner of Microsoft's Worldwide Public Sector and previous Managing Director of Cisco Systems' Consulting Services, has been named Senior Vice President Americas for Wynyard Group.

Wynyard Group is a market leader in crime fighting software used in investigations and intelligence operations by government agencies and financial organizations. Frazier will lead Wynyard's America's business, driving the growth and success of Wynyard in the U.S., Canada, Central and South America.

A technology leader with a distinguished public service career as a Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Agent, Frazier has held various public sector leadership positions in municipal and federal governments. He has more than 20 years of experience driving innovation in public markets and strong experience in driving growth and sales in public policy.

Most recently, Frazier led Microsoft's Worldwide Public Sector's $8.5 billion business, which includes Government, Public Safety and National Security, and International Organizations. There, he was responsible for P&L and Microsoft business for all levels of international, central, federal, state, and local governments.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Frazier was Managing Senior Director of the Global Public Sector for Cisco's Internet Business Solutions Group's (IBSG). IBSG is a recognized advisor to many of the world's leading companies and governments on strategy, technology innovation and market development.

Before Cisco, Frazier held various public sector leadership positions within municipal and federal governments. As an FBI leader, Frazier administered a Congressionally funded, international portfolio.

Frazier has served as a Director for the International Affairs Council (IAC) and Communities in Schools, North Carolina (CISNC). He was an appointed Council member to the North Carolina Governor's Innovation Council and the North Carolina Governor's China Advisory Council, and was an appointed member of the United Nations International Police Advisory Council (UN-IPAC).   Frazier is an Eisenhower Fellow being named a Douglas Dillion distinction in 2012.  His Eisenhower Fellowship included study in Australia, Korea, and New Zealand.  

A six-time speaker at the Public Services Summit at Nobel, Frazier holds degrees from San Jose State University and the University of the Pacific, and is a Senior Executive Fellow of Harvard's Kennedy School.
