John is a graduate of the University of Florida and Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. After being licensed to practice in the state of Florida in 1999, John accepted a position as a Prosecutor with the Broward County State Attorney's office. It was during this time that he gained extensive experience handling difficult matters and litigating in the state's criminal justice system. As a criminal defense attorney, he applies this invaluable insight when challenging the government's case against his clients. John is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, and has served two termed as a committee member for the Traffic Rules Committee in the State of Florida.
