With years of experience improving conversion rates on ecommerce websites, Contour This is taking its hard won wisdom and innovations to a new level with the founding of the Contour This Retail Innovation Lab, a subsidiary of Contour This.

Retailers large and small have been struggling to succeed in an omnichannel world. Sears has been losing revenue for over a decade. Online retail giant Staples has had declining revenue since 2012. Large retailers are struggling with their ecommerce stores and are losing their physical stores.
